报告摘要:
Supercritical water (SCW) is a special medium possessing many peculiar properties. The studies on radiation chemistry of SCW are motivated by the development of Supercritical Water-cooled Reactor – one of the most promising next generation (GenIV) reactors. In this talk, some recent results about water radiolysis at elevated temperatures and SCW obtained by nanosecond and picosecond pulse radiolysis techniques will be presented.

Abstract: To understand the elution properties as well as corrosion properties of nuclear materials is of great importance for verifying the sustainability of core materials in nuclear power plants. In this work, a new method was developed to study those properties in subcritical and supercritical water.
