    2010年毕业于复旦大学生命科学学院,获生物化学与分子生物学专业博士学位。2010.11月至2014.1月在美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校从事博士后研究工作。2014年1月加盟苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院,被聘为教授、博士生导师。主要从事蛋白质、核酸等生物大分子药物给药系统研究如水溶性多肽、聚酯、多糖及其纳米载体的开发并研究其在基因治疗中的应用。2007年以来在Angew Chem Int Ed,Adv Mater,JACS,Chem Sci,Biomaterials,J Control Release等生物材料知名期刊上发表学术论文40余篇,多篇论文被包括C&EN News,Materials View China,Fierce Drug Delivery,Illinois News在内的媒体作为亮点报道。获中国专利3项,美国专利1项。
报告简介:
    Non-viral gene therapy provides a promising tool for the treatment of human diseases, but its clinical application is largely hurdled by the lack of efficient delivery vectors. We recently developed a bioactive and reactive template for the preparation of a library of cationic α-helical polypeptides; upon structural reconfiguration and functionalization, these helical polypeptides were endowed with unprecedented membrane activities and gene delivery capabilities, which can outperform commercial reagents by 1-2 orders of magnitude. This novel technology thus provides an important addition to the existing gene delivery systems, and will address several critical challenges in the field of non-viral gene delivery.
