Recently, the coherent properties of the SR are used for the beam diagnostics. The first order spatial coherence property is used for the measurement of the very small transverse beam size and the second order temporal coherence property is used for the measurement of very short longitudinal size.　In this presentation, I will start with short introduction of SR and its coherence properties.　Then shortly touch for first-order measurement, and move to second-order measurement for short bunch length measurement.
